Line Services
Customer Service Manager
Sterling Aviation is seeking a full-time Customer Service Manger. This person will have line service experience with an FBO or corporate flight department and must possess complete understanding of fuel farm management and quality control procedures. Must be familiar with the fueling procedures of corporate aircraft including pre-checks and all other safety protocols. Must have excellent aircraft tug driving skills and knowledge of aircraft tugging limitations and be familiar with aircraft and hangar housekeeping methods. Must have general facility management knowledge to interact with the facility manager to maintain the hangars, utilities, equipment and vehicles in good repair and operating condition and to maintain appropriate security protocols of the hangars, ramps and parking lot. Must be able to manage a department and its employees in performing the above listed tasks and accurately convey detailed information to team members. Must have the communication skills to professionally interact with aircraft owners and charter customers while performing customer service tasks such as baggage handling and loading, automobile parking and servicing. Must work well with other Sterling Associates in providing “The Sterling Experience” to all our clients. Must be able to adapt well to constant changes while remaining friendly, patient and empathic with our clients. Must possess good situational awareness that enables one to anticipate potential problems and conflicts. Must have average computer and writing skills. Must maintain a clean and professional appearance and project the competent and professional image of Sterling Aviation at all times.

Line Services Technician
Sterling Aviation has a need for a full time Line Service Technician, preferably with previous experience and a good working knowledge of aircraft towing and refueling. We are interested in candidates that communicate well, are courteous and well groomed at all times. Good customer relation skills are a must. Punctuality and consistent attendance are mandatory. Preferred candidates will be a good team member and able to follow instructions. A high level of initiative is helpful. Sterling Aviation training will be a part of the program even for the most experienced candidates. Initial training will take place on first shift (0600 start) until required standards are met. Wages are negotiable, benefits package included.
